At K-SWISS, we stand behind our premium heritage tennis and lifestyle footwear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Select the reason for your return and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your registered email address.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear in its original K-SWISS shoebox and secure it inside a sturdy shipping carton to ensure the product remains in mint condition.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
